During the Summer of 1995, Mr. Hays B. Clark, Jr. gave the initial funds to develop an Insurance Studies Resource Center at ULM. Mr. Clark is a longtime Prudential Life agent who believes in education as the key to professionalism in the insurance business. With his contribution the Center was developed with a state-of-the-art computer system and printer, various insurance journals and trade publications, and a work and study area. The Resource Center is located in the Administration building in room 2-27 and is available to insurance students, professors, and insurance professionals by appointment. The Center is for the use of insurance students, professors, and professionals from the insurance industry.
